Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will represent clients in general liability matters, including premises liability, automobile claims, and slip and fall cases. Responsibilities include managing cases from inception through resolution, whether by settlement, mediation, or trial. The attorney will draft pleadings, discovery responses, motions, and legal memoranda; conduct and defend depositions; and attend court appearances, mediations, and arbitrations. Collaboration with partners and clients to develop and implement effective litigation strategies is a key aspect of the role, as is pursuing favorable outcomes through negotiation and advocacy.
