EDEN EMERGENCY MEDICAL GROUP
Eden Emergency Medical Group (EEMG) is a small, independent group that staffs the emergency department of a single small hospital in the California Bay Area. We have a diverse patient population across various demographic backgrounds, including pediatric and geriatric populations. We have a full complement of consultant services available including but not limited to: Pediatrics, OB/Gyn, Podiatry, Hand, Orthopedics, Urology, GI, Cardiology, Renal, Vascular, General Surgery, Trauma, Neurology, Neurosurgery, ICU, and Infectious Disease.
Our group is composed of attending physicians, mid-level practitioners, and residents. We have a closely knit, down-to-earth group of providers, and have strong queer and women in medicine representation. We are currently looking for full-time (FT) or part-time (PT) PA's to work in our emergency department. Currently, we have one mid-level practitioner shift per day and looking to expand to two. Some quick info:- Current Base Rate: $90/hour for first 8 hours of a shift + $15/hour for weekend shifts + $135/hour for any hour of work beyond hour 8 + $135 for charting time
- Current Adjusted Hourly Rate: > $112.50
- Productivity Bonus: Yes
- Holiday Bonus: Yes
- CME Stipend for FT: Yes
- There are copious procedural and ultrasound opportunities for mid-level practitioners including laceration repairs, paracentesis, arthrocentesis, lumbar punctures, fracture and dislocation reductions, etc
- There is a high degree of autonomy offered, but attending physician support is always available
