The Business Agility Coach will be responsible for driving organizational culture and operational shifts toward enterprise-scale agility. This role requires extensive experience in leading complex, cross-functional programs and coaching executive leadership teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and delivering custom leadership/agility training and cultivating high-performance cultures.

Responsibilities:
- Drive organizational culture and operational shifts toward enterprise-scale agility.
- Lead or sponsor complex, cross-functional IT/business programs using leadership agility, business agility, and agile delivery practices.
- Provide executive group coaching and facilitation to leadership teams.
- Conduct formal 1:1 executive coaching to C-suite/EMC level executives.
- Design and deliver custom leadership/agility training tailored to organizational context.
- Cultivate high-performance culture and solve leadership, cultural, or delivery challenges.
- Select and use recognized business/organizational agility assessment tools.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- 15+ years in senior IT/business leadership.
- 10+ years leading or sponsoring complex, cross-functional IT/business programs using leadership agility, business agility, and agile delivery practices.
- Strong record of executive group coaching + facilitation AND formal 1:1 executive coaching.
- Proven ability to design + deliver custom leadership/agility training.
- Experience cultivating high-performance culture.
- Hands-on experience selecting and using recognized business/organizational agility assessment tools.
- Holds recognized certifications: ICF, EMCC, ICAgile, Scrum Alliance, PMI, Prosci, or equivalent in coaching, OD, change, or agility frameworks.

- Hybrid work model requires a minimum of 25% and up to 50% onsite presence.
