ALife Hospitality Group, one of Houston’s fastest-growing hospitality companies, is seeking a strategic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee all financial operations across our expanding portfolio of restaurants, bars, and entertainment concepts.
About the Role
The CFO will lead company-wide financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting. This role partners closely with ownership to drive growth, ensure financial health, and improve operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for all concepts.
- Lead accounting, financial reporting, and compliance.
- Develop long-term financial strategies to support expansion.
- Manage cash flow, cost controls, and profitability initiatives.
- Partner with owners and department heads to improve operational efficiency.
- Oversee internal controls, audits, and risk management.
- Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team.
Qualifications
- 8–10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience; hospitality strongly preferred.
- Proven CFO or VP of Finance experience in a multi-unit or high-volume environment.
- Strong command of financial modeling, forecasting, and P&L management.
- Experience with R365 or similar hospitality accounting software is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CPA preferred).
