Position Overview:

As a Project Consultant, you’ll take charge of guiding homeowners through the restoration process. From identifying property damage to managing repairs, you’ll oversee each project to ensure it meets the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities Include:

Canvassing neighborhoods to schedule homeowner appointments.
Using cutting-edge tools to create damage assessments and repair scopes.
Coordinating between homeowners, production teams, and insurance companies.
Supervising project progress and ensuring top-quality results.

What You Need:

Education : High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience : No experience? No worries! We offer comprehensive training to help you thrive.
Skills :
- Self-motivation with a goal-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Confidence and enthusiasm to build trust with homeowners.

Additional Requirements:

Evening and weekend availability as needed.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel or relocate.
Ability to climb ladders and walk roofs safely for inspections.
