As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the frontline ambassador for major nonprofit campaigns. You’ll engage with communities at events and public spaces, sparking conversations that educate, motivate, and activate supporters.
Represent nonprofit organizations at community outreach events, fundraising campaigns, and public activations
Initiate authentic conversations that raise awareness of critical social and environmental issues
Share clear and compelling messaging about each nonprofit’s mission and how individuals can get involved
Build trust and rapport with potential donors using active listening, empathy, and professionalism
Collaborate with your team to develop and implement effective outreach strategies
