Location : Phoenix, AZ (Onsite – Local Candidates Only) : 1600 W. Monroe St., Phoenix, AZ 85007

• Start Time: 7:00 AM
• End Time: 5:00 PM

Job Summary

The Data Entry Specialist will work in a fast-paced, production-based environment entering confidential tax data into multiple systems for the Arizona Department of Revenue. This role requires high-speed and high-accuracy data entry, attention to detail, and the ability to review, analyze, and correct data discrepancies. Candidates must thrive in deadline-driven environments and maintain strict confidentiality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter customer and account data from imaged tax documents into multiple systems
• Input both text and numeric information with speed and precision
• Review, research, analyze, and correct data discrepancies within tax systems
• Follow established policies, procedures, and procedural manuals
• Work independently while meeting productivity, quality, and deadline standards

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in data entry or high-volume keying roles
• Minimum 12,000 keystrokes per hour
• Experience working in a production-based environment with strict accuracy requirements
• Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a high-speed environment
• Proficiency with MS Office and Google Workspace
