Data Specialist (Junior / Mid-Level / Senior)

About the Role:

We are looking for talented Data Specialists at all experience levels (Junior, Mid, and Senior) to join our growing North America Operations team. These professionals will be responsible for managing, auditing, and optimizing internal and external data exchanges, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and process efficiency.

As a key link between our internal teams, customers, and vendors, the Data Specialist plays a critical role in maintaining high-quality data flows, supporting customer experience, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities (vary by level of experience):

  • Manage and monitor daily data exchanges and accuracy across platforms.
  • Support the Customer Experience leadership team in reporting and analysis.
  • Measure performance against established data quality and integrity metrics.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process and data improvements.
  • Maintain and update internal SOPs and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with customer SLA requirements regarding data management.
  • Collaborate with origin/destination teams, vendors, and account managers.
  • Lead or support key projects and initiatives, depending on seniority.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members (Senior level only).

Qualifications:

General:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • English proficiency (B2+ required for all roles).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel); knowledge of Project and data tools is a plus.

Experience (depending on level):

  • Junior: 1+ year in customer service, logistics, or data-related roles.
  • Mid-Level: 2–4 years of relevant experience in data management or operations.
  • Senior: 5+ years of experience, with a strong track record in process improvement and data leadership.
