Job Description

Responsibilities:

Position Responsibilities: 

Hybrid position in the Sacramento area**

  • Analyzes financial performance for the company and provides leadership with financial decision making and provides insightful recommendations and ideas for process improvement
  • Provide timely, insightful, actionable, and accurate financial reporting, analysis and recommendations to key areas in the company
  • Facilitates all processes and tools associated with annual business planning, forecasting, month-end close activities and monthly plan stewardship reporting
  • Create operational financial reports for the business and execute monthly reviews of the financial performance versus plan and prior year
  • Create and execute ad-hoc reporting requests and provide recommendations for process improvements in reporting and analysis
  • Other duties assigned 
Qualifications:

Required Education and Experience: 

  • Bachelor's Degree and 2 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma (GED) and 5 plus years of specific experience 

Preferred Education and Experience: 

  • Master’s Degree or Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
