Bumler Mechanical, a respected family-owned mechanical contractor serving Metro Detroit since 1946 , is looking for an experienced HVAC Service Account Manager to grow with our team.

We’re looking for someone who’s spent years in the field, knows mechanical systems inside and out, and thrives on building long-term customer partnerships. What You’ll Do

• Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial and industrial HVAC clients
• Develop long-term relationships built on reliability, service, and results
• Survey and assess systems to create accurate, cost-effective solutions
• Prepare estimates and proposals for maintenance, repairs, and replacements
• Identify new opportunities and close deals with confidence
• Collaborate with operations and field teams to ensure project success
• Monitor project performance and profitability
• Represent Bumler Mechanical with professionalism, integrity, and pride

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of hands-on HVAC experience (service, install, or project management)
• 3+ years of experience in sales, estimating, or account management
• Deep knowledge of mechanical systems, service agreements, and project workflows
• Strong communication, estimating, and relationship-building skills
• Tech-savvy with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally
