We're Hiring: Interim Controller (Project-Based)
Client: Private Equity-Backed, Multi-Entity Consolidation | ERP: Sage Intacct

We’re seeking an experienced accounting professionals to support a private equity-backed client navigating rapid change and increased reporting demands. This is a hands-on, high-impact opportunity with a fast-paced and dynamic finance team.

Key Requirements

• High technical proficiency with ability to shift from strategy to execution
• Comfortable performing bank recs, journal entries, and reviews
• Strong experience with GAAP, consolidation, and Sage Intacct
• Multi-entity accounting and consolidation experience
• Familiarity with Sage Intacct or similar ERP (highly preferred)
• Private equity-backed company experience (strong plus)
• CPA Preferred
• Willingness to roll up sleeves and work tactically as needed
• Excellent communication, analytical, and collaboration skills

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support month-end close across 8 unique legal entities
• Execute multi-entity roll-ups in Sage Intacct
• Manage foreign currency remeasurement for India subsidiary
• Perform journal entries, reconciliations, and data integrations
• Deliver lender-ready financial statements on tight timelines
• Help standardize repeatable processes for ongoing lender compliance
