Job Duties:

• 🧼 Grounds and Facility Maintenance : Ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of all facilities
  • Clean and maintain restrooms and changing rooms
  • Empty trash cans and dispose of trash
  • Clean ovens, grills, stoves, and fire pits
  • Power wash and mop floors, walls, and ceilings
• 🚗 Vehicle and Parking Area Care : Keep things looking neat and organized
  • Clean vehicles using a vacuum, chemicals, and power washer
  • Maintain parking areas and dumpster spaces
• 🌳 Landscape Maintenance : Help keep the grounds beautiful
  • Mow lawns and trim edges using a mower and cordless trimmer
  • Rake and distribute gravel around pathways
  • Water lawns, shrubs, and trees
  • Knowledge of basic plant care is a plus
• 🚦 Direct Traffic : Help keep things running smoothly during busy days
• 🧹 Clean Up : Remove litter and ensure the overall cleanliness of the property
