Job Description

Fast Growing Pediatric practice has immediate full time openings available. We are currently looking for a positive, Medical Assistant who can handle many different responsibilities in a fast paced environment, has worked with insurance, and is able to adapt to a fast growing office. Multi-tasking and open communication skills are a must. 

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

*HIGH VOLUME PATIENT INTERACTION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE
*Appointment scheduling
*Medical chart management (eClinical Works EMR)
*Check In/Out
*Front Desk Duties
*Daily opening and closing responsibilities (BACK OFFICE)
*Strong phone etiquette
*Patient Rooming
*Basic in office labs
*Vaccine Administration
*Triage Phone Calls
*Some Saturdays Required

We require the ability to work in a fast passed office, which requires attention to detail while multi-tasking.

Bilingual Preferred but not required, Minimum 1 year experience as a Medical Assistant Preferred but not required (Salary Based on Experience). Be able to provide Medical Assistant Diploma.
