Role - Product Owner

Client Note - We are looking for someone with exp in RCM .
The Product Owner is responsible for setting, prioritizing, and evaluating the work generated by the development workgroup to ensure impeccable features and functionality of the product. Works directly under the guidance of the product manager and ensures that the data product increments are communicated effectively to the development workgroup and delivery is aligned with the overall product strategy.
Creation and elaboration of user stories which include acceptance criteria & definition of done
Drive the relative estimation process based on resources, assumptions and risks
Align, prioritize, & refine the product backlog (features and requirements) with product vision and goals as defined by Product Director and Product Manager
Manage the successful implementation of Product Increments through prioritization of sprint backlogs, ensuring development workgroup completion, and informing the release plan in collaboration with development, QA and release management teams
Implement plans to mitigate risks caused by roadblocks and dependencies
Promote data product culture established by Data Product Director and Data Product Manager across Delivery team
Provide data product subject matter expertise to development/Implementation team
Possess excellent knowledge in data processing lifecycle, techniques and methodologies
Quali fi cations and Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Business, or equivalent foreign degree, 1+ years product owner experience, 1-3 years software development life cycle experience, and 1-3 years healthcare industry experience.
Required Work Experience:
Demonstrated curiosity around business workflows and value identification through connecting with, interviewing, and consulting with stakeholders that results in documentation of design and concepts
Proven aptitude in identifying problems and driving solutions to completion
Strong communication skills (written and verbal) across complex workflows and integrated teams
Successfully and comfortably facilitated meetings across various associate levels, understanding target audience
Demonstrated initiative to learn new domains and technologies to support individual and organization success
Knowledge in cloud platforms and surrounding ecosystems.
Experience in Jira
Desired Work Experience:
Ideal candidate possesses at least two years of consecutive relationship management experience
Able to effectively communicate highly technical information to numerous audiences, including management, the user community, and less-experienced staff.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal) across complex workflows and integrated teams
