Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Service Technician at Shepherd Communication & Security. The Technician will install, maintain, and repair Alarm security systems, including fire and perimeter alarm systems, surveillance platforms, access control systems, and networking equipment. The technician will also assist in troubleshooting issues and providing technical support to customers.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have experience in troubleshooting and repairing at least one of the following technology platforms: alarm systems, surveillance cameras, access control platforms, or similar low-voltage systems. Shepherd Technicians have a reputation for excellent problem-solving skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
