As a Senior Digital Product Designer you will play a critical role in shaping the user experience of our digital products and experiences. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, UX Researchers, and cross-functional teams to understand user needs, ideate innovative solutions, and create visually appealing designs. You will shape product strategy alongside PMs, engineers, and leadership, as well as advocate for design at the extended team level, influencing how teams approach UX. You will also mentor and coach junior and mid-level team members, helping to elevate the team’s design maturity.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the full design lifecycle for complex features and products, from concept to implementation, tackling high-level design challenges with minimal guidance.
Create high-quality wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs using tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, ensuring intuitive, engaging user experiences across platforms.
Apply design thinking methodologies, conduct workshops, lead usability testing, and leverage user research to drive data-informed, user-centered design decisions.
Collaborate with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to align design strategies with business goals, integrate design into agile processes, and ensure seamless handoffs to engineering.
Clearly communicate complex design concepts, research findings, and user journeys to stakeholders, using storytelling to influence product direction and build strong relationships.
Contribute to design systems, provide mentorship to junior designers, manage projects independently, and champion user-centered design principles across the organization.

Strong communicator, skilled at articulating design concepts, research findings, and rationale to diverse stakeholders, influencing product direction.
Deep understanding of user research, usability testing, and user advocacy, applying insights strategically to drive design decisions.
Experienced in agile development environments, aligning design strategies with business goals, and creating intuitive, scalable UI/UX across platforms.
Contributes to design systems and component libraries, maintains brand consistency, demonstrates advanced problem-solving, and drives innovative solutions.
