Job Description

Job Summary: Everest Client is a rapidly growing PE-backed company adding a detail-oriented, motivated Senior Financial Analyst to its FP&A team to drive cash flow forecasting workstreams and core financial planning as well as executive, shareholder, and board reporting. The ideal candidate will be analytical, proactive, and eager to develop their financial skills in a fast-paced organization. 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the short- and long-term cash flow forecasts, liquidity models, and treasury reports to ensure sufficient liquidity and support financial planning.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. 
• Analyze financial statements and variance reports to identify trends and areas of concern.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis to support business decisions. 
• Utilize Excel, Tableau, and other analytical tools to create reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and assist in the development of metrics to measure financial performance and operational efficiency.
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis and support for special projects as requested by senior team members and executives.
• Work closely with departments to gather financial information, understand operational impacts, and ensure accuracy in financial reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field. 
• A professional certification (CPA, CFA, etc.) is a plus but not mandatory. 
• 2+ years of experience in finance, accounting, investment banking, consulting, or a related field.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment is a plus
• Experience with cash forecasting, banking operations, or treasury systems
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial metrics, and performance indicators.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis (e.g. Advanced Excel, VBA, Macros). 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable communicating with the executive level; ability to distill complex financial analysis into simple, insightful narratives (e.g. in PowerPoint).
• Strong relationship-building skills within Finance and Accounting as well as cross-functional groups.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience with Tableau is not mandatory, but helpful
