Job Description

I'm looking for an experienced Senior Superintendent to join a growing commercial construction team. Candidates with 8+ years of General Contractor experience are ideal.

Project Experience We’re Looking For

Experience in one or more of the following project types is required:

• Corporate interior finish-outs
• Showrooms
• Ground-up construction (two stories or less)
• Building repositioning projects
• Aviation projects (airport experience a strong plus)
• Government projects
• Restaurants and airport concessions

Most projects are located in the DFW area , with upcoming 2026 work planned in Canton, TX (ground-up bank) and Austin, TX (bank interiors) .

You may be assigned to run a single project independently or work as part of a larger project team.

This is a client-facing position , and strong communication skills are essential. Superintendents are expected to represent the company professionally, help retain clients and support future business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects in the field from start to finish
• Create and maintain project schedules (MS Project or P6 preferred)
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite
• Lead subcontractor coordination meetings
• Participate in and represent the team during weekly owner meetings
• Work closely with Project Managers to control budgets and schedules
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and leadership skills

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; college degree preferred but not mandatory
• Experience with Microsoft Project and Bluebeam preferred (or ability to learn quickly)
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
• Strong organizational and communication skills
