ServiceNow Developer Responsibilities and Duties: Must have a minimum of 6 years' experience that is directly related to the following duties and responsibilities: + Experience as an application programmer on large-scale DBMS, knowledge of computer equipment, and ability to develop complex software to satisfy design objectives. Analyzes functional business applications and design specifications for functional areas such as finance, accounting, personnel, manpower, logistics, and contracts. + Minimum 4 years' experience as a ServiceNow Developer + Minimum 2 years' experience leveraging Agile Processes + Minimum 2 years' experience developing API's + Develops block diagrams and logic flowcharts. Translates detailed design into computer software. + Designs, codes, tests, debugs, and refines the computer software to produce the required product. + Prepares required documentation, including both program-level and user-level documentation. + Enhance software to reduce operating time and improve efficiency. + Provides technical direction to programmers, as required, to ensure that program deadlines are met. + Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results. + Experience with application programming interfaces (APIs) in order to support LowCode/No-Code Development Platform models. + Experience using low-code/no-code business process modeling. + Experience in agile and hybrid low-code application development. + Must be able to work independently/self-starter as this is a remote position. Skills/Experience/Certifications: + Must possess IT-II Security Clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC) + Education: Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science Field preferred + DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certification preferred such as Security+ (Not required at Start) + Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority, such as ScrumMaster All qualified applicants are considered for employment, and employees are treated during employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, citizenship, disability, or Veteran status.
