The Role

We’re seeking empathetic Sexual Health Coaches to join our global network at Better.Love. As a coach, you'll have the opportunity to connect with a diverse range of clients, providing tailored support on various sexual health topics, including sexual wellness, relationship dynamics, intimacy issues, and more. Responsibilities

• Facilitate personalized 1-on-1 coaching sessions remotely through our web and mobile platforms, offering expert guidance on a wide array of sexual health and well-being topics, from Erectile Dysfunction (ED) to Premature Ejaculation (PE), sexual confidence, and relationship coaching.
• Approach sensitive topics with empathy, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity, ensuring safe space conversations while providing actionable solutions and expert support.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical integrity by following the highest standards in all client interactions, ensuring privacy protection and client trust.
• Transform inquiries into long-term, meaningful client relationships, driving client acquisition and retention through consistently delivering supportive, empowering, and compassionate coaching.
• Manage complex or malicious client interactions effectively, ensuring clients feel heard, respected, and guided throughout their personal journey toward sexual health and emotional well-being.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in sexual health and mental wellness, integrating new insights and best practices into your coaching sessions.

Ideal Profile

Requirements

• Coaching certifications or relevant qualifications are preferred, showcasing a commitment to professional development.
• You possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and navigate complex conversations with ease.
• You are passionate about sexual health and personal development, with a strong desire to help individuals achieve better emotional and sexual well-being.
• You are a remote-first professional, adaptable to working with clients from all over the world, and comfortable with using digital platforms to deliver your coaching.
• Experience in sexual wellness, relationship coaching, or mental health support is a plus, but empathy, listening skills, and a growth mindset are essential.
