We’re gearing up to launch with Zillow Flex , operate from a cutting-edge office environment , and have cultivated one of the largest social media audiences in the DMV area , engaging over 10 million people monthly across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• 🗂 Handling administrative duties to support agents and ensure smooth transaction progress
• 📅 Coordinating showings, appointments, and managing listing schedules
• 🏡 Managing MLS listings, property marketing efforts, and transaction documentation
• 📞 Facilitating clear communication among clients, vendors, and team members
• 🔎 Assisting with marketing initiatives and bolstering our digital presence

Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch 
• Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
