Responsibilities

• Host property tours for potential buyers, delivering a polished and informative experience.
• Arrange and confirm appointments with clients, ensuring prompt and effective communication.
• Collect and communicate client feedback post-showings to the lead agent, aiding in the adjustment of marketing tactics.
• Keep abreast of local market trends and property valuations to offer clients precise and current information.
• Utilize tools and technology to generate leads, ensuring a steady flow of potential clients.
• Implement proven systems for lead management, optimizing the lead generation process.

Qualifications

• Active Real Estate License in the state of Idaho
• Excellent communication skills , both verbal and written
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Proficiency with real estate software and MLS systems
• Flexible schedule to accommodate client needs, including evenings and weekends
• Professional appearance and demeanor
