Position Overview:
We are seeking motivated and entrepreneurial Solar Sales Representatives to join our expanding team.
Company-generated leads will be available but majority of business expected to be self-generated through referrals, networking, and personal marketing efforts.
Chosen applicants will receive a base salary plus commission structure, along with career advancement opportunities into management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, network, and generate your own solar sales leads (primary focus).
  • Follow up on select company-provided leads using our CRM platforms (Solo, GoHighLevel).
  • Conduct in-home or virtual consultations to educate customers on the financial and environmental benefits of solar ownership.
  • Customize proposals tailored to individual customer needs and financing options.
  • Manage your sales pipeline efficiently with timely follow-ups and CRM updates.
  • Educate customers on loan, lease, and PPA financing structures.
  • Represent Divine Solar with integrity and professionalism in every customer interaction.
  • Attend regular training sessions and strategy meetings to sharpen skills and stay current with product offerings.
  • Build strong client relationships and referral networks.

Sales Territories:

  • Primary Markets: New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, New York, Maryland
  • Additional Expansion Markets: Puerto Rico, California, Illinois, Arizona, Massachusetts

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in solar sales or commission-based selling is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to self-generate leads through networking, social media, community engagement, or other creative strategies.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High level of self-discipline, organization, and drive.
  • Working knowledge of solar energy products and financing structures preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Compensation & Career Path:

  • Base Salary with realistic first-year earnings $90,000–$150,000+ based on performance.
  • Advancement to Base Salary + Bonus Structure after achieving production milestones.
  • CRM tools, proposal software, and limited company-provided leads to support your efforts.
  • Performance bonuses and additional incentives available.
  • Rapid growth opportunities: team lead, sales manager, and sales director roles.
