Primary Responsibilities

Will play a critical role in enforcing data governance policies, ensuring data quality, and supporting the organization's data stewardship activities. This position is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, a proactive mindset, and experience working with data across technology teams.

Talents Needed for Success

• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define and implement data governance policies, standards, and procedures.
• Serve as a data steward for one or more key domains (e.g., reference data, client data, product data).
• Partner with data owners to maintain authoritative data definitions and metadata in data catalogs
• Monitor and track data quality issues, performing root cause analysis and supporting remediation efforts.
• Support the rollout and adoption of enterprise data governance tools (e.g., Collibra, Informatica, Alation).
• Facilitate data lineage documentation and help ensure transparency of data flows across systems.
• Assist in compliance efforts related to internal data standards, regulatory requirements
• Create and maintain data stewardship documentation, including data dictionaries and lineage maps.
• Contribute to the maturity of the enterprise data governance framework, working under the guidance of the Data Governance Lead.
