Job Description

Talkiatry is seeking a Senior Manager of Social Media to lead and execute our organic social media strategy, creating a compelling and professional digital presence that drives patient discovery, strengthens employer branding, and expands organic reach. The ideal candidate is highly creative, collaborative, and data-driven, with a proven ability to engage diverse audiences while maintaining brand authority and credibility in the mental health space.

You will:

  • Define the strategy and execute Talkiatry’s social media and social content channels
  • Establish Talkiatry as the authoritative leader in mental health content on social
  • Create engaging content in collaboration with Talkiatry’s doctors and leadership team to reach our key audiences: patients, clinicians, health system partners
  • Collaborate with editorial content and creative teams for content creation as needed. We expect this role to create content.
  • Grow our audience and reach across social channels
  • Tailor content across social channels that resonates and generates engagement on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Enlist and collaborate with creators to increase our reach and engagement
  • Gather actionable insights and analytics to refine content strategies and optimize engagement
  • Stay updated on platform trends, algorithm changes, and competitor activities to keep the strategy innovative and effective
  • Work onsite in our New York office at least 2 days per week

You have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in social media management for high-growth brands, creators, and content channels
  • Proven track record of building engaged audiences across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
  • Strong proficiency in social media tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Brand Bastion) and analytics platforms (e.g., looker, tableau, omni, google analytics, native platform tools)
  • Experience with content creator tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Captions, Animoto, etc…)
  • Expertise in writing and editing, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different platforms
  • Experience collaborating with creative teams to produce high-quality content
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Compensation range for this position is $120,000 to $140,000, depending on experience; actual compensation will be dependent upon the specific role, location, as well as the individual’s qualifications, experience, skills and certifications.
