### What You'll Do:
- Prepare individual, corporate, partnership, and trust tax returns.
- Conduct basic tax research and handle client correspondences.
- Provide support for tax planning and compliance.
- Manage client information requests and ensure timely deliverables.
- Ensure accurate and timely filing of federal, state, and local tax returns.
- Maintain high-quality standards in all tax-related work.
- Assist with special tax projects and firm initiatives as needed.
- Collaborate with staff, clients, and management to ensure efficient workflows.

### What We're Looking For:
- Up to 5 years of relevant experience in public accounting.
- Enrolled Agent (EA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or CPA candidate preferred.
- Strong knowledge of finance, accounting, and federal/state tax regulations.
- Proficiency in tax software and other financial applications.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across various levels.
- Adaptability to changing priorities while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
