Telemarketing Specialist

Location: Yorba Linda, CA

Job Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a motivated Telemarketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will focus on generating leads and setting appointments through outbound phone calls and email outreach. This is a high-volume, results-driven position that plays a key role in our sales pipeline.

Responsibilities:

• Generate targeted lead lists based on industry, job title, and other criteria
• Make 100+ outbound calls per day to cold and warm prospects
• Use email campaigns and follow-ups to engage potential clients
• Schedule qualified meetings with prospects for our sales team
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly KPIs related to call volume, meetings set, and lead generation
• Support pre-sales and marketing efforts as needed

Requirements:

• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Familiar with basic office tools and CRM systems
• Previous experience in telemarketing, lead generation, or a similar role is a plus
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
