Job Description

Description Our B2B SaaS client is looking for a User Experience (UX) Researcher for a 40hr/wk, 6 months contract in San Francisco, California (in office 2 days/week). You will engage in diverse product development projects, applying a variety of methodologies, and fostering relationships. Responsibilities: + Design mixed-method studies such as surveys, interviews, A/B tests, and behavioral analysis. + Conduct UX research projects of varying complexity, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output + Analyze and synthesize findings to inform short-term design adjustments and long-term strategic decisions. + Collaborate with product teams during the development stage to gather user insights. + Conduct user interviews, moderated research sessions, and usability testing on design prototypes (static and interactive). + Provide actionable feedback that influences UI/UX design improvements. + Facilitate conversations with diverse consumer groups to uncover pain points and usability concerns. + Establish internal networks to enhance the speed and quality of UX research solutions + Formulate a clear and inspiring UX research strategy and direction across multiple cross-functional teams and stakeholders Requirements - Minimum of 7 years experience in a User Experience Research role or similar - Experience with Atlassian Jira or similar project management tools - Proven expertise in AB Testing, preferably in a UX context - Familiarity with Ajax in a UX research setting Innovation starts with people.® Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
