Role: Warranty Data Analyst Pattern Expansion Specialist (Analyst 2)

Location: Warren, MI (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

Duration: Long term

Rate: Market

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop scalable logic to map supplier responsibility based on resolved warranty claims.
• Analyze high-volume warranty datasets to identify trends, gaps, and unmapped claims.
• Apply structured business rules to enrich data and attribute claims to the correct supplier.
• Collaborate with recovery leads to validate logic, refine assumptions, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Track and report on recovery value unlocked through successful pattern expansion.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 2 4 years of experience in data analysis, warranty operations, or supplier cost recovery (preferred).
• Proficient in Excel (including pivot tables, formulas, and data summarization).
• Experience working with large datasets; capable of reviewing and interpreting 15,000+ rows of data.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI preferred).
• Understanding of automotive systems, warranty processes, or supplier attribution is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, structured thinking, and problem-solving ability.
