Yard Worker/Driver

Chesterland, Ohio

CCM Rentals is currently seeking a full-time Yard Worker/Driver to join their team in Chesterland, Ohio. CCM Rental is a fast-paced rental company serving Northeast Ohio from our three locations located in Chesterland, Middlefield, and Chardon. CCM Rental offers a complete line of Contractor and Party Equipment.

Pay Details:

• Without Experience: $15 – $17/hour
• With Experience: $17 – $20/hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 7:30AM – 5PM
• Saturdays: 8AM – 1PM
• 5 days a week
• Weekend availability is a must

The right candidate will have:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds
• Basic knowledge of construction equipment
• Mechanical aptitude
• Strong reasoning and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail

Our Yard Worker/Driver will:

• Load/unload trucks
• Repair, clean, test, and maintain our rental equipment
• Properly and safely operate truck and trailer
• Work directly with the customer to ensure they received all reserved equipment
• Explain proper operations and safety features of equipment
• Communicate directly with managers about customer pick-ups and returns
• Assist in the loading and unloading of customer vehicles
• Organize and track inventory
• Assist the manager with day-to-day operations
• May be exposed to gasoline, diesel, and cleaning supplies
• Perform job duties in all weather conditions
