✅ Qualifications
✓ LSW or LPC required
✓ Licensed by the Chemical Dependency Professionals Board (LCDC II, III, or LICDC)
✓ Experience preferred in chemical dependency counseling
✓ Skilled in crisis intervention, client advocacy, and family mediation

✅ Key Responsibilities
✓ Provide individual and group counseling using a bio-psychosocial model
✓ Educate patients and families about chemical dependency
✓ Lead group sessions and coordinate group activities
✓ Assess patient needs and recommend appropriate therapies
✓ Manage billing documentation daily
✓ Facilitate crisis intervention and family clinical support
✓ Act as client advocate and mediator
