Job Description

A well-established organization is seeking a dynamic HR Generalist/Recruiter to join its team. This position reports directly to senior HR leadership and plays a key role in shaping and maintaining a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, people-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about fostering a strong sense of community within the workplace.

This role serves as a vital first point of contact for both internal team members and external candidates, making professionalism and a welcoming demeanor essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-cycle recruiting, with a focus on industrial and manufacturing roles
  • Payroll processing and administration
  • Employee relations and conflict resolution
  • Benefits coordination and support
  • General HR administrative support
  • Assisting with company events and employee engagement initiatives

Qualifications:

  • 2- years of experience in a Human Resources Generalist role
  • Hands-on experience in recruiting, payroll, benefits, and employee relations
  • Background in industrial or manufacturing recruiting is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
  • Ability to represent and uphold company values in all interactions
