  • Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting through CRM and AI-powered analytics platforms like Salesforce, Gong, Clari, and HubSpot.
  • Help shape the overall North American growth strategy , including partnerships, channel alliances, and strategic customer development.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven success in selling to BFSI customers and managing complex, high-value sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong track record of building and leading teams, especially in high-growth or startup environments.
  • Fluency in using AI-powered sales tools, data dashboards, and pipeline metrics to drive team performance and forecast with confidence.
  • Consultative, executive-level sales approach with the ability to translate technical innovation into measurable business value.
  • Deep understanding of cybersecurity challenges, particularly around DDoS mitigation, external attack surface exposure, and regulatory pressures in BFSI.
