Week 3 – Empowering and Respecting Employees We’ll work through real-world case studies and try out different leadership approaches to show you how different leadership can yield different results. 

Week 4 – Principles for Full Cultural Inclusivity It’s all good in theory, but you need to know what actions you can take NOW that will allow you to kickstart a more inclusive workplace, from the top down.
